This Privacy Policy explains how FormCheck AI handles information when you use the FormCheck AI application.

Information handled by the app

FormCheck AI may store information locally on your device to provide app functionality, including your profile name, workout analysis history, and videos that are pending analysis.

Workout videos and analysis

When you request an analysis, the workout video you select or record is sent to FormCheck AI's backend services for processing. The uploaded source video is handled as a temporary processing file and is deleted from temporary server storage after processing.

FormCheck AI may generate analysis outputs such as phase images and overlay videos. Generated overlay videos may be stored in cloud object storage, and generated phase images may remain on application infrastructure. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period for these generated outputs at this time.

Camera, photo library, and microphone

With your permission, FormCheck AI can access your camera to record workout videos, your photo library so you can select workout videos, and your microphone when recording video. These permissions are used to provide the features you request.

Local app data

Workout analysis history and profile information may be stored locally on your device. The app provides functionality for clearing analysis history.

Advertising and tracking

FormCheck AI does not use your information for third-party advertising and does not sell your personal information. The current app does not use third-party advertising trackers.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures designed to protect information handled by the service. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

FormCheck AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app and its services evolve.
